His dynamic spirit in the property business is obvious and likely to be inherited from his grandfather’s construction business back in the 1980’s through the now-dormant Lean Teik Seng Development Sdn Bhd and Sam Huat (K) Development Sdn Bhd. Property might truly has been running in the family as not long after graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and International Business from Oklahoma State University, he established Starise Development Sdn Bhd in 2006 together with his uncles.
In his other capacity, Lee is also a Director of Frasers Group of Companies, Starise Development Sdn Bhd, Cipta Kukuh Sdn Bhd, Harmony Everise Sdn Bhd and Sunrise Islands Sdn Bhd.

She juggles her professional vocation in the property management industry with ease.
Ms. Junko Kuwahara is no stranger to adventure, risks and rewards. A creative spirit and also a professional who enjoys her work immensely, she juggles her professional vocation in the property management industry with ease.
Like any top notch property management professional, the ultimate goal is to accomplish zero complaints from the occupiers of the premises. She has done this almost flawlessly given the typically high standards of the Japanese. As one who also bucks the trend in a conventionally masculine landscape of a property management environment, Junko represents a modernity mindset that is in-sync with the global community.
Junko is a Director in Frasers Group’s Indonesia office.
The Japanese story in the company also traces to Frasers Group Director in Indonesia Husin Wong. Conventionally known as the country where strict discipline is abided by, it has bore great fruit in Husin where he critically honed his skills in the formative years of his professional journey. After about 20 years in Japan, he finally returned to Indonesia in 2013 and stepped foot into the property development business. He never looked back since.
An enterprising individual with great business acumen and foresight, Husin’s knack for business also saw him leading Frasers’ trading business dealing with sand and rock quarry. These are but intricate parts of the built industry and contributes to Husin’s overall experience in the property business.
Aside from his role as a Director at Frasers Group, Husin is also a Director at PT Angkasamudra Bintang Rezeki, a property development company responsible for building the landed cluster homes of La’ Margas that is strategically located in Kota Bandung, Bandung.
